Have you just been screwed by Corporate America? How to really piss them off and as well as getting what you want!

Have you just been screwed by Corporate America? How to really piss them off and as well as getting what you want! Every consumer in America, at one time, has been screwed by Corporate America! You just purchased something….it doesn’t work! The service you received made things worse! Your vacation became a nightmare! Do you want to really piss off Corporate America and receive what you’re entitled to? Here’s the way to do it!!!

I’m going to tell you a brief story, so you get the idea how this works. I purchased a new computer several months ago….I will not mention the name as the company made good on replacing it, as you will see. From the beginning, all I had were “Blue Screen” incidents and computer crashes. Technical Support by phone tried to help me but they were not solving my problem. Finally, they ordered a new “mother board” and a technician came to install it. He installed it incorrectly and with the help by phone with technical support, I reinstalled the “mother board” by phone correctly. That was the final straw!

It now was necessary to implement Plan X: (really pissing off Corporate America and getting what you want!) The first thing I did was to obtain the names of the CEO, President, the Board of Directors, as well as their Legal Department. With that in hand, I composed a one page letter, addressed to the CEO and sent copies to all of the above, Certified Mail, with Return Receipts……and waited for contact. It came within a week. I received an email from a technician at their headquarters who had just been assigned to me in response to my letter. I then received a phone call from a VP, who was handling my case. After one attempt to repair my computer, I had a new one at my door and the postage paid for my old computer. Emails and phone calls followed, to make certain that I was satisfied. As a result of the technician who could not install my “mother board,” an internal investigation followed within the corporation and I was called help with it. Now, I have a new computer, as well as several phone numbers…in case I have any more problems, plus a follow up letter from the CEO. This has worked for me over the past 30 years, and I have yet to loose! You can too and here’s how!

1. Create a “paper trail” so that you are on record as attempting to solve the problem by regular means. Use their regular channels to inform them of a problem and attempt to resolve it…..you’re not going anywhere with this, but you’re on record to reporting a problem.

2. Obtain the names of the CEO, President, Vice President, the Board of Directors, and any other individual who appears to have some importance regarding your issue. Quite often, they will be available on their own website, but there are websites on the Internet who list them for free. Don’t pay for them! If all fails, you can go to your local library and find them in the Business Section.

3. Compose ONE letter, on a single page of paper and address the contents of that letter to the CEO. Explain the problem and be professional. Do not go for the jugular in the first paragraph….you can do that later! Make it brief but informative, with any and all information you have regarding your issue. Once you have done this, in the next paragraph, you can then proceed to bust his balls, and if necessary, insult his product. Remember, however, to be professional while you’re writing this….it will really piss them off even more, but make certain that they finish the letter. In the third paragraph, ask what they will do to resolve the problem, and imply some vague threat.

4. Make copies of the letter and send them to all parties, with the original sent to the CEO. Mail them by Certified Mail, with Return Receipt. Keep notes of everything that you have done and a copy of your letter.

5. Wait for contact!

In most cases, you will be contacted and your problem will be resolved. There may be some cases where you will not receive the exact results that you expected, but in most instances, you will receive compensation. More importantly, you are going to feel much better, especially when you know that you’ve really pissed off Corporate America and received due compensation.
